Each issue focuses on trends and movements of a particular geographic area and highlights the artists and initiatives represented within it. Each edition begins with a residency of the Peeping Tom collective lasting several months in the chosen city, region or country. Deliberately empirical, without critical, theoretical or historical pretensions, their approach allows them to veer off the beaten path. Not only sharing the work, the artists, and the artistic and cultural efforts they encountered, each volume also aims to reveal the specificity of a depicted art scene: the curatorial process, the content and the structure of the magazine vary from one issue to another, reflecting the characteristics and stakes of each locale. Le point de départ de chaque numéro est la résidence du collectif Peeping Tom pendant une période de quelques mois dans le pays choisi. Délibérément empirique, sans prétention critique, théorique ou historique, leur démarche relève d'une expérimentation permettant ainsi de sortir des sentiers battus. Désireux de faire découvrir des oeuvres, artistes et initiatives artistiques locales, chaque numéro tente également de révéler la spécificité de la scène artistique décrite : l'approche curatoriale ainsi que la structure du magazine elle-même (format, nombre de pages, etc.) sont différentes à chaque numéro, afin de refléter les problématiques et les enjeux de chacune de ces scènes.
